Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects is required.

Prior involvement in industrial or factory construction projects is essential.

Candidates should be well-versed in on-site construction management, including schedule monitoring, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

The ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation is necessary.

A solid understanding of civil construction methods, site safety regulations, and quality standards is expected.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required for daily communication and reporting tasks.

A valid driving license is required, along with the flexibility to travel between project locations.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are important, with the capability to work efficiently in a multicultural project environment.

Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project-based conditions is essential.

Knowledge of the Chinese language will be considered an added advantage.
