Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Female Fitness Head Coach to lead our new fitness studio in Kuwait City. This role involves overseeing the coaching team, managing client fitness progress, and driving membership engagement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal training sessions to studio members.
• Lead and manage a team of fitness coaches, ensuring high standards of service and client care.
• Assess clients’ current fitness levels and tailor personalized training programs accordingly.
• Track and monitor the progress of clients to adjust and optimize their fitness plans.
• Maintain a professional and motivating atmosphere within the studio.

Requirements

• Possess an internationally recognized fitness trainer certification.
• Have at least one year of proven experience as a head coach in a fitness setting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Female candidates only, in adherence to cultural and legal requirements of the Middle East region.
