Job Overview

Join a leading IT services team based in Dammam as a Solution Architect. This role requires over 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide system architecture and design, focusing on robust RPA solutions to support client operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging operational models with innovative automation technologies, ensuring seamless implementation and strategic alignment across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for conducting architectural evaluations and designing enterprise-level systems that meet client requirements. Collaborating closely with the Client Enterprise Architect and IT development teams, you will ensure solutions adhere to strategic blueprints and are effectively translated into functional implementations. You will lead the delivery of resilient RPA solutions, particularly leveraging UiPath, and provide ongoing recommendations and best practices for custom solutions and product support. Additionally, you will assist sales and pre-sales teams by participating in client engagements to support solution discussions and maximize conversions.

Other duties include preparing and presenting detailed test plans, technical presentations, and analyst reports, guiding implementation teams through testing phases, and continuously improving service design procedures to foster robust solution deployment.

Required Skills and Experience

• A degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 9 years of experience in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong background in application or implementation support roles.
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions across various industries is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles and IT systems with a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English both written and spoken. Additional European language skills are an advantage.
• Proven coordination skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous exposure to RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Open Span will be considered a plus.
• Background working in BPO environments is beneficial.
