Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team, responsible for servicing and repairing air conditioning systems across multiple apartment buildings in Kuwait. This full-time position involves daily work focused on ensuring all HVAC units operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a range of duties including:

• Conducting weekly inspections and cleaning of both indoor and outdoor AC units
• Performing routine preventive maintenance to maintain system reliability
• Diagnosing and fixing various AC issues, from basic repairs to complex faults
• Managing refrigerant gas recharge and safe handling of related components
• Replacing compressors and undertaking major repairs as needed
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical malfunctions
• Detecting and repairing leaks efficiently
• Working on PCB control systems and conducting required troubleshooting
• Vacuuming and system performance checks
• Maintaining split AC, central AC, and DX units to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Applicants must have prior HVAC experience and the ability to manage both simple and complex repair tasks. Effective communication skills in English and Urdu are necessary, while knowledge of Arabic and Bengali is considered an advantage. Candidates should be prepared to work in Kuwait and are required to submit a detailed resume along with professional references.
