Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on supporting the sales and implementation teams within the IT services sector, specifically involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. The ideal candidate will bring 4-5 years of experience working in domains such as finance, accounting, insurance, HR, or IT outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with sales teams during the RFI, RFP, and proof of concept (POC) stages to craft tailored response documents. You will participate in pre-sales workshops, helping to align solutions that fit client needs by engaging with both sales and implementation units.

Throughout project deployment, your role will bridge UiPath and client stakeholders by accurately gathering business requirements critical to effective RPA deployment. You will facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution during the automation rollout, assist with necessary changes for enhanced automation utilization, and support clients by delivering demos and training sessions.

Following solution handover to operations, you will provide post-launch support to ensure smooth stabilization. This position requires up to 50% travel time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner within finance, accounting, insurance, HR, or IT services sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English; proficiency in Asian languages is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt to standardized documentation templates and secure client approvals.
• Experience gathering detailed RPA requirements and integration parameters.
• Capacity to independently engage stakeholders and understand evolving business needs.
• Background in engineering or RPA technology is essential.

Work Environment and Travel

This role involves significant interaction with clients and cross-functional teams across various project stages. Candidates should be prepared for up to 50% travel to client sites as part of their responsibilities.
