Industrial Catering Company is looking for Food Safety Officer.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ( preferable Food Science)
Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety.
HACCP/Food Safety Level 3
Allergen Management
Knowledge & Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food hygiene, and food safety management systems.
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
Understanding of local food safety regulations (e.g., SFDA requirements in Saudi Arabia).
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).
Ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis.
Ability to perform food safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
Ability to identify non-conformances and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Ability to conduct food safety training and awareness sessions for staff.
?Duty : 10 hours a day
????Salary : 3500 SAR
