Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our mask manufacturing facility based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role demands a dedicated professional to manage daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality PPE products while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics. The role involves developing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize workflow. Leading and motivating operational teams to uphold safety standards, accountability, and continuous improvement is essential. Additionally, the manager will collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure seamless coordination across the facility.

Monitoring equipment performance and managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities are key duties. The manager will also prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to senior management to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field, with at least five years of manufacturing operations experience. Experience in medical or PPE mask production is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage production teams effectively are necessary. A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and safety regulations is required, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. Familiarity with production management systems and operational software is advantageous.
