Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Inspection Professionals to join a reputable client in Bahrain for full-time positions. Immediate openings are available for skilled individuals currently residing in Bahrain or KSA. Candidates ready to start immediately or within 30 days will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Lifting Equipment Inspector:

  • Perform inspections on cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and lifting accessories.
  • Conduct load and functional tests to verify equipment safety and performance.
  • Detect defects and non-conformities, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and certification documentation.
  • Ensure all inspections comply with LEEA standards and relevant local regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and equipment history.
  • Provide support for welding, NDT, and pressure vessel inspections if certified.

Elevator/Escalator Inspector:

  • Inspect elevators, escalators, moving walkways, platform lifts, and dumbwaiters for safety and compliance.
  • Perform safety device checks and operational functional tests.
  • Identify hazards, malfunctions, and code violations to ensure safe operation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and compliance certificates following inspections.
  • Verify adherence to EN, ASME A17.1/CSA B44, and local codes.
  • Oversee load tests and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
  • Review maintenance records and confirm preventive maintenance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Lifting Equipment Inspector: Minimum 2 years of experience and at least one valid LEEA certification. Holders of CSWIP, API 510, or ASME AI certifications will have an added advantage. A valid driving license is necessary.

Elevator/Escalator Inspector: A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required. Candidates must possess a valid driving license.

Work Conditions and Contract Details

Both positions offer a one-year renewable contract with working hours set at 8 hours per day, six days a week. Immediate availability is essential for consideration.
