Job Overview

Iron Crown Company, a leading provider of scaffolding sales and rental services in the construction sector, is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to join their team in Dammam. This role is crucial for ensuring safe and efficient scaffolding operations that support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, maintaining strict compliance with safety and project specifications. Regular inspections of scaffolding for structural integrity and safety hazards will be required. Additionally, the supervisor will enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in scaffolding.
• Valid scaffolding certification such as CISRS or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings related to scaffolding setups.
• A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
