Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on interior fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess between 5 to 8 years of experience within the GCC region, specifically in interior finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing and supervising various site activities related to fit-out works. You will oversee the construction of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting tasks, ensuring all work meets established quality standards. Close coordination with site workers and subcontractors is crucial to maintain smooth progress and timely project completion.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings accurately
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and planning requirements
• Strong project management skills including scheduling and resource coordination
• Good understanding of fit-out materials and installation methods

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Candidates should have solid experience within interior fit-out projects in the GCC, demonstrating knowledge of partition systems, ceiling assemblies, flooring installations, and painting techniques.
