Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with expertise in soft drawing engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves comprehensive cost estimation, contract management, budget control, and procurement coordination to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating and updating technical drawings, reviewing designs for accuracy, and supporting construction activities while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs accurately and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Manage contracts, monitor budgets, and assess variations in project scope.
• Coordinate procurement processes to align with project timelines and budgets.
• Create, review, and revise technical drawings to ensure compliance with standards and reduce design conflicts.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project records and design revisions.
• Support construction teams by identifying and resolving design clashes and technical issues.
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in quantity surveying and soft drawing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project changes effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with risk management and legal compliance in construction projects.

Additional Information

The position offers company-provided accommodation and transportation. A transferable Iqama is required. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
