We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Sales Manager to lead and grow our scaffolding sales and rental services within the construction industry. This role requires a results-driven professional who can develop strong client relationships and deliver dependable solutions to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the scaffolding and construction market. You will identify and engage with potential clients, including contractors, construction firms, and industrial companies, to expand our customer base. Maintaining excellent customer service and consistently meeting sales objectives are also critical aspects of this role.

• Develop and implement robust sales and business development plans
• Target and approach prospective clients in construction and industrial sectors
• Maintain strong, lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or scaffolding sales
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales goals
• Valid driving license is preferred
