Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in mechanical contracting, structural works, and special fabrication to join our team in Bahrain. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of driving business growth within the Bahrain market, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Immediate joining is essential, and candidates must be residing in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for frequent field visits to generate new orders and follow up on payments. You will play a crucial role in developing business opportunities related to general and special fabrication projects. Managing and growing relationships with assigned key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction will also be a critical part of your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the Bahrain market, specifically involving structural, special fabrication, and mechanical works.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Benefits and Employment Terms
