We are currently seeking a skilled Master Data Administrator based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in pharmacy and strong experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP. You will play a crucial role in managing master data efficiently to support operations and ensure data accuracy across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Master Data Administrator, your main duties will involve maintaining and updating master data records within the ERP system, specifically in materials management (MM) and warehouse management (WM) modules. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless data flow and assist in troubleshooting data-related challenges. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying data discrepancies and proposing improvements to enhance system data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (male or female candidates are welcome)
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, with experience as a key user or super user in MM and WM modules
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Good command of other MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexibility to be available for work-related communication on call when needed

Additional Advantages

Knowledge of SQL Server will be considered an asset, enhancing your ability to manage and query database systems effectively in support of master data activities.
