Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with extensive experience in construction and façade projects. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of hands-on expertise in planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects to ensure they meet deadlines and project goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for several ongoing projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for preparing baseline programs, recovery plans, and regular progress reports. Collaboration with project managers, site teams, and various stakeholders is essential to track project status and resolve issues promptly.

Additionally, the position requires analyzing delays, risks, and critical path activities while ensuring resources are effectively allocated and cost controls are maintained. You will also review subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with the master program and provide timely weekly and monthly progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 15–20 years of proven experience handling construction and façade works
• Strong capability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
• Experience with reporting systems such as Aconex or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical thinking, coordination, and communication skills to interface with diverse teams and stakeholders
