Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executives to join our expanding team in the heavy equipment rental sector. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the equipment rental or construction machinery industries who are eager to contribute to our company’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the equipment rental market. Your efforts will focus on promoting rental services, managing client relationships, and achieving set sales targets. You will also conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.

• Develop new business leads and convert them into sales
• Promote and market heavy equipment rental services to clients
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should bring between one and three years of experience working in equipment rental, construction machinery, or the heavy equipment industry. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential to succeed in this role. A proactive and target-driven attitude along with the flexibility to travel frequently for client engagement are also required.

• 1-3 years of industry experience in equipment rental or heavy machinery
