Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Representative role located in Manama, Bahrain. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating new sales leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. This involves understanding client needs, presenting our product range, and closing sales deals. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and follow up on deliveries and feedback.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of food products and the foodservice industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food service industry is highly preferred

Other Preferences
• Preferred experience in premium F&B industry – 3 years or more
• Preferred working experience in Bahrain – 3 years or more
• The candidate is required to have a proficient English communication skills
• Having professional Arabic communication skills is a plus but not required
