We are seeking a skilled Procurement Planning Specialist to join our team in Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in procurement, particularly within retail or FMCG distribution sectors. The position requires expertise in managing supply chain planning and inventory forecasting to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee procurement planning activities, coordinating closely with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels and meet demand. They will leverage ERP systems to track and manage procurement workflows, analyze data to forecast supply needs, and ensure timely sourcing of materials.

Required Skills and Experience

• Pharmacist degree, male or female candidates eligible
• Experience in retail or distribution, with a preference for FMCG sectors
• Proficiency in ERP systems focusing on Materials Management and Warehouse Management; SAP experience is a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel along with strong capability in PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and market trends
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar procurement planning role with demonstrable success
