A restaurant in Al Khodariyah, Dammam is seeking a skilled Indian Chinese (Indo-Chinese) Chef to join their culinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of popular Indo-Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chili dishes, chicken 65, soups, and appetizers.
• Master wok cooking techniques and skillfully prepare sauces that enhance the flavors of each dish.
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
• Operate efficiently within a busy kitchen, meeting the demands during peak hours while maintaining order and cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Indian Chinese cuisine, with a strong command of traditional recipes and cooking practices.
• Proficiency in wok cooking and sauce preparations.
• Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen dynamics without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to hygiene and food safety protocols.
