We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our hardware store located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales along with proven leadership skills to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hardware outlet, ensuring seamless workflow and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and maintaining attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.

Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to implement strategic improvements is also vital. Additionally, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally will be part of this role, as well as preparing regular reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in store management within the hardware or building materials retail sector. A deep understanding of hardware products and effective sales techniques is essential.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is required. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English will enhance interaction with customers and staff. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet sales targets is critical.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market will be advantageous. Multilingual communication abilities, especially in Arabic and English, are a must for this position.
