We are currently seeking qualified candidates for two vital roles at a farm located in Kuwait. The positions available are Senior Mechanical Technician and Water Tanker Driver / Mechanical Assistant. Both roles require dedicated and reliable individuals who can contribute effectively to the maintenance and operations of the farm.

Senior Mechanical Technician

This role demands a skilled technician with comprehensive experience in maintaining and repairing various farm equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling irrigation pumps, reverse osmosis systems, engines, gearboxes, and tractors. You will be responsible for the independent troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of irrigation and farm machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with irrigation pumps and reverse osmosis systems
• Strong mechanical skills including engines, gearboxes, and tractors
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Water Tanker Driver / Mechanical Assistant

We are also hiring a Water Tanker Driver who will also assist with mechanical tasks. This role requires someone who can safely operate water tanker vehicles to transport water around the farm and assist the senior mechanic with maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the water tanker responsibly and manage water distribution on the farm
• Assist in routine maintenance and repairs under the supervision of the senior technician
• Carry out basic mechanical tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of vehicle and tools
