Job Overview
We are partnering with a leading Engineering and Project Management firm in Saudi Arabia to recruit several seasoned Design Engineering professionals. These long-term roles focus on major Oil & Gas projects, particularly in the downstream sector, including FEED phases. Candidates who have recent experience with Saudi Aramco standards and projects are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities and Positions Available
The open positions require expertise across multiple engineering disciplines, each essential for successful project delivery in refinery and petrochemical operations. Selected candidates will support project execution and design engineering tasks in adherence to Saudi Aramco standards (SAEP, SAMS, SAE).
- Sr. Project Engineer – Control System: Bachelor’s in Electronics with strong knowledge of control systems, Aramco engineering standards, and refinery downstream operations.
- Process Engineers – Running Plant: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering with hands-on experience managing SRU, Sour Gas Treatment, Tail Gas Treatment, sulfur production, distillation, compressors, pumps, and heat exchangers. Strong focus on troubleshooting and HSE compliance.
- Lead Discipline Engineer – Civil/Structural: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and in-depth understanding of Aramco standards and refinery processes.
- Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical: Electronics degree with considerable Aramco design engineering experience.
- Sr. Project Engineer – Interface Piping: Bachelor’s in Piping Engineering, specializing in interface coordination and design.
- Sr. Process Engineer: 15+ years’ experience with focus on Sulfur Recovery Units, utilities, and design engineering reviews. Chemical Engineering degree required.
- Sr. Project Engineer – Mechanical Piping: Piping Engineering degree with refinery mechanical piping design background and Aramco project experience.
- Secretary: Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience and proficiency in SAP software.
- Sr. Project Engineer – Instrument: Bachelor’s in Electronics with strong Aramco design experience.
- Electrical Engineer: Electronics degree with 5–7+ years in Oil & Gas refinery sector and Aramco project design exposure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline applicable to the role.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas refinery projects, some roles requiring 5 years or more.
- Proven expertise in downstream refinery operations including refined fuels and petrochemical production.
- Direct experience with Saudi Aramco projects and stringent knowledge of their engineering standards (SAEP, SAMS, SAE).
- Strong background in design engineering coupled with project execution capabilities.
- Ability to join with a reasonable notice period.
