We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Assistant with 3 to 5 years of solid experience to join our team in Khobar. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills to support daily accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate office equipment and provide assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and keep accurate records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, log correspondence accurately, and assist in coordinating meetings.
• Maintain timekeeping records and prepare employee work schedules efficiently.
• Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and complete various company forms.
• Answer telephone calls and greet visitors, handle routine inquiries, and direct more complex matters to the appropriate personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or a related field.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting support or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient in handling office equipment and maintaining records accurately.
