We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join the finance team of a well-established company based in Mameer, Bahrain. This position requires a detail-focused professional with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Duties include managing the general ledger, handling reconciliations, and overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes. This role also involves ensuring adherence to accounting standards and legal requirements. The successful candidate will supervise accounts payable and receivable, manage payroll processes, and work closely with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit activities. Additionally, the Accountant will provide insightful financial reports to assist management decision-making while continuously improving internal controls and accounting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Holding a CPA or an equivalent professional certification is preferred. Candidates must have at least three to four years of relevant experience in accounting roles. A strong grasp of financial regulations and proficiency in accounting software are essential. Excellent analytical abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication are vital for success in this position.
