A well-established cleaning company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee cleaning and janitorial operations across various project sites. This role demands expertise in managing cleaning services, maintaining quality standards, and handling scheduling and budgets effectively. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of client satisfaction while coordinating cleaning teams and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing detailed cleaning protocols tailored to project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. They will supervise the preparation and availability of cleaning supplies and equipment, guaranteeing smooth operations on site.

Delivering on-site leadership is crucial, as the Project Manager will monitor janitorial staff performance and enforce adherence to cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Managing urgent client requests and adjusting cleaning schedules flexibly will also be part of the role.

Leading a quality assurance program to uphold cleanliness standards and conducting regular safety training sessions for the team form an essential part of the responsibilities. The manager will investigate workplace incidents and proactively apply preventive measures. Additionally, they will conduct performance evaluations and provide development plans to the cleaning staff.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing cleaning projects with teams exceeding 100 employees.
• Airport cleaning project experience will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and staff interactions.
• Thorough understanding of infection control, sanitation protocols, and advanced cleaning techniques.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.
