A prestigious American resort compound located in Riyadh is seeking motivated In-Store Sales Associates to join their retail team. This role involves providing excellent service to American and European residents within the compound’s store. Candidates will engage directly with customers, assist with sales transactions, and maintain an organized and attractive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

The In-Store Sales Associate will be responsible for welcoming customers, offering detailed product information, and managing sales processes efficiently. Maintaining neat store displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked are essential duties. Additional tasks include handling billing, preserving store cleanliness, and using basic computer applications for daily retail operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills to interact confidently with international customers
• Previous experience in retail or in-store sales is preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer use, including MS Office applications, is mandatory
• Presentable appearance paired with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Preference given to candidates of Indian nationality

Benefits and Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 SAR along with a 200 SAR allowance. Accommodation and transportation are provided by the employer. Medical insurance benefits comply with Saudi Arabian labor laws to ensure employee well-being.
