A well-established trading company specializing in Wooden Works and Interior Designing is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join their team. The role requires overseeing daily operations within the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and quality standards. Candidates with an engineering background are highly preferred to bring in technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage workshop activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and materials used in wooden work and interior projects.
• Guide and support workshop staff, delegating tasks effectively.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to company and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Engineering background is preferred for technical understanding of tasks.
• Good computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Proven experience in supervising workshop or factory floor operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between teams and management.
• Transferable residency is a must to work in Kuwait.
