Job Overview

A well-established and reputable fit-outs company based in Dammam is seeking a skilled Interior CAD Draftsman with extensive experience in interior design drafting and shop drawings. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to various interior projects specializing in technical drawings, MEP, and joinery works.

Key Responsibilities

The Interior CAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and assisting in the creation of precise interior drawings, performing quantities take-off, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). The role also involves conducting site visits to take accurate measurements to ensure shop drawings meet project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in interior design drafting, preferably within design or fit-outs companies
• Strong expertise in technical drawings related to interior fit-outs, MEP systems, or joinery
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, or Revit
• Background in drafting or architectural/interior design with a diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation
• Effective communication skills with fluency in both English and Arabic

Additional Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid transferable Iqama. Transfer of sponsorship will be considered either during or after the probation period based on performance. Preference will be given to candidates from India who are available for immediate joining. Candidates with civil engineering backgrounds will not be considered; only those with a design-focused background are eligible.
