Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at the project site in Dammam. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Electrical Lead, you will play a key role in managing electrical site execution activities for construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with all technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on approved electrical drawings and project specifications. You will review and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams, layouts, and schematics to facilitate effective site execution.

Additionally, you will execute electrical works covering power distribution, lighting, earthing, and low-current systems, while coordinating material planning, workforce management, and work sequencing at the site.

Supervising installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations is crucial. You will collaborate closely with civil, mechanical, and other disciplines to streamline project implementation.

Other duties include preparing material requisitions, monitoring work progress and quality, supporting testing and commissioning phases, and contributing to the preparation of site reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings. A strong emphasis will be placed on following HSE policies and company quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical site execution, preferably within EPC or construction project environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Solid understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and local electrical codes and standards.
• Practical experience in supervising and executing site electrical works.
• Good communication and coordination skills to effectively work with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Prior involvement in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for electrical systems.
• Ability to operate independently and efficiently under site conditions.
