Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on construction sites in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing work crews and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, and timeline adherence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating civil works including earthworks, concrete pouring, and pipe installation.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the team works cohesively and meets the project’s standards. Key duties include:

• Leading and supervising laborers and equipment operators to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Organizing daily tasks in line with project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety regulations by conducting safety meetings and making sure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used appropriately.
• Managing resources effectively by allocating tools, equipment, and materials to reduce waste and support operational needs.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conducting inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and preparing daily progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a solid background in construction supervision with a deep understanding of building procedures and safety practices. Essential qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, machinery, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with effective communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and technical plans.
