A well-established contracting firm based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive expertise in the KSA construction and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience working within the Saudi market and a proven track record of managing financial operations for companies with an annual turnover of at least 50 million SAR.

Key Responsibilities

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial health, ensuring robust cash flow management, and maintaining liquidity. This role includes providing clear weekly and monthly financial reports covering project profitability and financial risks, especially those unique to the construction sector. The successful candidate will develop and implement advanced automated financial systems, such as ERP solutions, to streamline reporting and increase financial transparency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions is also critical to support the company’s growth and financing strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in financial management, specifically within the construction and contracting sector in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA VAT and Zakat regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in project cost control and financial risk management tailored to the construction industry.
• Proven ability to implement and manage ERP-based automated financial reporting systems.
• Exceptional business acumen with sound decision-making skills related to financial strategy and operational efficiency.
• Established network and strong relationships within Saudi banks and financial institutions.
