Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our HR team in managing recruitment activities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment support, strong communication skills, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Assist with offer letters, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Support HR team with general recruitment and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
Experience using job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience coordinating multiple interview schedules.
Strong attention to detail.
