We are seeking a dedicated Office Receptionist to become an integral part of our team in Bahrain. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage daily office activities while coordinating between management, staff, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, including greeting and managing incoming calls, arranging meetings, and handling procurement duties. You will directly report to the Managing Director, supervise laborers to ensure quality work, and coordinate maintenance requests from tenants.

Additionally, familiarity with local procedures such as LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT is essential for this role to ensure compliance with Bahrain’s labor and administrative regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in office administration or receptionist roles
  • Knowledge of LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy office environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and clients

Compensation and Benefits
