Expression of Interest – Waterproofing & Thermal Insulation Works
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced companies to execute waterproofing and thermal insulation works for a major construction project.
Scope of Work Includes:
Roof waterproofing systems including hot-applied liquid membrane systems.
Installation of rigid insulation boards (XPS / equivalent) with required U-value performance.
Protection layers, separation sheets, and slope-forming insulation for roof drainage.
Waterproofing around roof edges, gutters, rainwater outlets, penetrations, and upstands.
Installation of mineral wool insulation and facade interface waterproofing where required.
Execution in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
The roof system generally includes hot melt waterproofing membranes, XPS insulation boards, protection layers, and drainage components installed over RC slab / composite deck, designed with minimum slope for roof drainage.

Requirements:
Proven experience in large-scale commercial or stadium-type projects.
Capability to execute specialized roofing waterproofing and insulation systems.
Availability of skilled teams and required equipment.
