Job Overview

We are inviting qualified and seasoned waterproofing contractors to participate in a significant construction project in Riyadh. The role involves delivering expert waterproofing and thermal insulation services conforming to strict quality and safety standards.

Scope of Work

The primary tasks encompass the installation of roof waterproofing systems, including hot-applied liquid membrane applications. Contractors will also be responsible for fitting rigid insulation boards such as XPS or equivalent materials, ensuring the required thermal performance. Additional work includes laying protection layers, separation sheets, and slope-forming insulation to facilitate effective roof drainage.

Waterproofing efforts extend to roof edges, gutters, penetrations, rainwater outlets, and upstands. Installation of mineral wool insulation and waterproofing at facade interfaces may also be required. The project design involves hot melt waterproofing membranes, XPS insulation boards, and drainage components applied over reinforced concrete slabs or composite decks, with proper slope for water evacuation.

Required Expertise and Resources

Ideal candidates must have demonstrable experience executing large-scale commercial or stadium-type projects. Contractors should possess specialized skills in roof waterproofing and insulation systems, supported by a capable team equipped with all necessary machinery.
