Job Overview

TEUBER Industrial Coating Services is seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to lead and supervise civil construction activities for the Ibn Sina Cooling Tower Project located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing daily site operations to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for managing all civil works on-site by coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams. Key duties include:

• Supervising daily civil construction operations and ensuring adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining project schedules through effective monitoring of work progress.
• Enforcing strict compliance with safety regulations to promote a secure work environment.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting status updates to project management.
• Managing site manpower, including masons, carpenters, electricians, and helpers.
• Coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and problem resolution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman in industrial or construction projects.
• Experience specifically related to cooling tower or industrial civil works is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams effectively.
• Sound knowledge of construction standards and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Work Location and Start Date

This position is based in the Ibn Sina Industrial Area in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The expected start date is April 15, 2026.
