Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a focus on Electro-Mechanical expertise to join a water bottle and beverage production plant located in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from 4000 to 6000 SAR basic, plus benefits including 25% housing and 10% transportation allowances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems associated with beverage production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the mechanical, electrical, and automation systems of water bottle production lines. This includes bottle blowing, filling, capping, packaging machines, and compressors. The role requires planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining detailed records.

Reducing machine downtime and improving production efficiency through automation and system upgrades will be a key focus. Ensuring the availability of critical spare parts and supporting production targets along with product quality and safety from the mechanical maintenance perspective are essential duties. Additionally, the engineer will provide training to operators and technicians on proper machine handling and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with preference given to candidates with Electro-Mechanical specialization.
• Experience working in water bottle or beverage production environments, specifically involving production machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently.
• Focus on reducing production downtime, improving efficiency, and supporting automation and upgrades.
• Proficient in maintaining machine quality, safety standards, and training personnel.

Additional Positions Available

Along with the Mechanical Engineer role, there are openings for:

• Electrical Engineer: Requires electrical engineering experience in beverage production lines, handling PLCs, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and electrical maintenance. Similar salary and benefits apply.
• Mechanical Technician: Responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, with a basic salary between 2500 and 4000 SAR plus housing and transportation allowances. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
