Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. This role requires a male Indian local candidate to support the Human Resources department by managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and payroll, and addressing employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will play a pivotal role by providing administrative support across various HR functions. Responsibilities include maintaining both physical and digital employee files, handling recruitment tasks such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews, as well as coordinating new hire orientations and offboarding procedures. The role also involves assisting with payroll data entry, timekeeping, and responding to employee questions regarding benefits and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 180 to 200. The company will also provide visa sponsorship and accommodation to the selected candidate.
