Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lifting Supervisor to oversee and manage lifting and rigging operations at our industrial and Oil & Gas sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising lifting activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating teams to complete tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities on site, ensuring operations follow safety standards and project requirements.
• Lead and support the rigging team to execute lifting plans accurately and safely.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and site personnel regarding lifting schedules and processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor, preferably within Oil & Gas projects.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in lifting and rigging operations in industrial or Oil & Gas environments.
• Possession of a valid Lifting Supervisor certification from a recognized authority.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure situations.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate availability to join the team.
• A valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory to qualify for this position.
