Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to lead growth and operational excellence in the industrial safety services sector. This role requires a strong background in managing business development, sales, marketing, and operational functions within companies specializing in industrial safety, rescue services, confined space safety, and specialized safety equipment rental.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion and increase market share.
• Identify new opportunities and secure contracts with key industrial clients including petrochemical plants, refineries, and oil & gas facilities.
• Oversee all business development, sales, marketing, and operational activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and manage long-term service agreements.
• Supervise the delivery of industrial rescue services, confined space entry support, and the rental of specialized safety equipment.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, participate in tender submissions, and manage service contracts.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, quality of service, profitability, and resource management.
• Build and lead high-performing teams in both sales and operations departments.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in industrial safety services with a focus on business development and operations management.
• Proven track record with companies such as Total Safety, Rawabi, Fajr, or other recognized industrial safety providers is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial rescue operations, confined space entry and rescue protocols, gas detection systems, breathing apparatus, safety monitoring cameras, and safety equipment rentals.
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience managing service delivery, manpower, equipment, and project execution within the industrial safety sector.
• Well-established professional network within Saudi Arabia’s oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors is a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have held roles including Business Development Manager, Sales & Operations Manager, Commercial & Operations Manager, Regional Business Development Manager, or Industrial Safety Services Manager. Direct experience in industrial safety services is essential; candidates with general sales or business development experience outside this industry will not be considered.
