We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role requires managing our online store’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processing of orders, effective product listings, and maintaining excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across the e-commerce platform
• Handle order processing efficiently and accurately
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store
• Support social media marketing and online promotional activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of both Arabic and English, in speaking and writing
• Experience with managing e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and digital promotion
• Excellent communication skills with a responsible and hardworking attitude

Salary and Location

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 3,000 and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
