Key Responsibilities

As a vital part of our service team, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your role includes taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and addressing any guest needs or questions with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is highly regarded, offering an advantage in performing your duties effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a cooperative team spirit.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the hotel schedule.
• Candidates must be of local UAE nationality.
