Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with strong expertise in building construction to join our team in West Bay, Doha. This role requires immediate availability and offers shifts spanning day and night with working hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing construction sites and supervising teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth coordination across various civil, structural, and finishing works. This includes interpreting construction drawings accurately, monitoring daily progress, managing manpower effectively, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Coordination with subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of project milestones are also key duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in building construction supervision
• Valid MME Certificate is mandatory for this position
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and finishing construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings confidently
• Demonstrated experience in manpower supervision and site coordination

Additional Preferences

Candidates with previous Qatar experience and a valid Qatar Driving License will have an advantage. Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations is beneficial.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is based in West Bay, Doha, Qatar, with working hours set from 7 AM to 5 PM, covering day and night shifts to meet project demands.
