Job Overview

We are seeking a Purchase Assistant with at least one year of experience in the signage or advertising industry to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires someone who can effectively support the procurement process through strong communication and negotiation skills while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Purchase Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily purchasing tasks and assisting with procurement activities
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory
• Utilizing Tally software to manage financial transactions related to procurement
• Supporting negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms
• Communicating effectively to resolve issues and streamline the purchasing process

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the signage or advertising industry
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and coordination
• Familiarity with Tally accounting software is essential
• Relevant educational background or qualifications preferred
