Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage nomination and recruitment operations while coordinating remote on-the-job training (OJT) for our client companies. This role involves overseeing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance service quality and operational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead and monitor a dedicated team, distributing workload fairly among members to maintain balance and efficiency. You will coordinate efforts with Recruitment, Training, and Legal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely achievement of targets. Additional duties include conducting monthly evaluations of team members, preparing performance reports for management, and following up on collections to guarantee reports are delivered accurately and punctually. You will also be expected to train and prepare an assistant supervisor to manage the team during your absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in team supervision, operations management, or leadership roles.
• Proven leadership ability combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in preparing detailed reports and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in managing training programs is highly preferred.
