Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Services Director to lead the service operations for a multinational company specializing in the electro-mechanical services sector. This senior role involves driving strategic implementation, managing key client accounts, and ensuring high service standards across projects within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Services Director will oversee the execution of the service field strategy and participate in planning initiatives across the company. This role requires efficient coordination to deliver service projects on time and within budget. You will evaluate resource needs, manage major project accounts, and maintain strong relationships with developers and contractors to secure future business opportunities.

Other responsibilities include:

• Conducting periodic reviews of ongoing projects to ensure smooth progress and high quality
• Collaborating with global and regional technical teams to support local service operations and encourage knowledge sharing
• Managing all technical assessments related to spare parts, modernization, and repair requests
• Coordinating with Operations and Supply Chain departments for emergency parts and special shipment logistics
• Driving improvements in internal processes to boost efficiency
• Monitoring customer service levels and implementing initiatives to elevate client satisfaction
• Leading the Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) program, including committee meetings, audits, and training to promote workplace safety
• Ensuring comprehensive safety training for all team members
• Reviewing performance reports from all service branches and providing monthly summaries to the General Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with a master’s degree preferred. At least eight years of relevant experience managing field operations within construction or engineering organizations is essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, while knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
