Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Property Supervisor Coordinator to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and agents.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses a variety of important tasks including:

• Managing rent collection and occupancy levels to ensure optimal property performance
• Coordinating tenant relations and responding promptly to their needs
• Overseeing maintenance and facility management to guarantee well-maintained properties
• Liaising closely with suppliers, vendors, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) providers for timely services
• Maintaining effective communication and collaborations with property agents
• Preparing detailed reports, conducting analyses, and offering recommendations to improve property operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria to be considered:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing a variety of properties including commercial buildings, residential buildings, and villas
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills aimed at building positive tenant and stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in compiling clear, insightful reports and providing actionable recommendations
• Possession of a valid driving license, as site visits and vendor coordination may require travel
