Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our facility management team in Lusail, Qatar. This role is tailored for professionals with a solid background in electrical maintenance and supervision, particularly within high-rise buildings. The position offers an initial three-month contract with the possibility for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all electrical maintenance operations across multiple facility sites.
• Ensure electrical systems in high-rise properties are maintained for optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing clear direction and support to uphold quality standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of asset maintenance while regularly reporting progress and any operational issues.
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and facility management quality guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in electrical supervision within facility or asset management sectors, preferably involving high-rise buildings.
• Educational qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, such as a degree or diploma.
• Proven leadership abilities with expertise in managing maintenance teams effectively.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time role is based in Lusail, Qatar, requiring six days of work per week with shifts of eight hours each. Immediate availability is essential, with the expectation to mobilize within one week of hiring.
