Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Assistant Engineer to support our Downstream Strategy and Capital Planning department in Dhahran. This role offers a competitive salary between SAR 7,000 and SAR 9,500, plus a 50% allowance. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Assistant Engineer will provide essential administrative and clerical support to various teams within the department. Core duties include maintaining filing systems, organizing records, and managing documentation. The role also involves preparing reports, corresponding professionally, and handling Saudi Aramco forms.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate timekeeping records. The candidate will also handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls with professionalism.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in managing office documentation and filing systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively handle reports and correspondence
- Ability to coordinate schedules and meetings efficiently
- Familiarity with timekeeping and office supply management is preferred
