Key Responsibilities

As a Commis I or Commis II, you will assist in daily food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure food quality meets Hilton’s high standards. The roles involve working closely with senior chefs to execute cooking techniques and support smooth kitchen operations.
