• Facility Engineer – Electrical (Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• BMS Engineer (Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• Civil Engineer (Degree in Civil Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• Facility Supervisor – Mechanical (Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
• Facility Supervisor – Electrical (Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering)
• ELV Supervisor (Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• Civil Supervisor (Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily facility management operations, ensuring that maintenance and technical standards meet company and client requirements. This includes managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising site technicians, conducting site evaluations, and preparing detailed performance and periodic maintenance reports. Familiarity with facility management software tools is essential to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years total experience in relevant engineering or supervisory roles
• At least 4 years of proven experience working within the Gulf region
• Prior involvement in facility management is mandatory
• Proficiency with CAFM systems, Yardl, CMMS, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to evaluate site technicians and prepare professional PPM and site reports

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should hold relevant degrees or diplomas in their respective engineering fields as specified above. Those with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, or communications engineering within facility management will be favored.
